Brand Identity and Social Media Campaign
Set up Brand Kits, design campaign posts, and schedule across platforms.
Introduction
30 Second Summary
You're running social media for a student society and a steel fabrication company at the same time. Every post means hunting for the right logo, guessing at brand colors, and rewriting captions from scratch for each platform.
In this project, you will build a complete multi-platform social media campaign in Canva Pro. You'll go from setting up brand identities for two real organizations to designing posts, adapting them for every major platform, and scheduling everything from one content calendar.
What You'll Build
Picture opening your content calendar and seeing a full week of campaign posts lined up across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, each one on-brand and ready to go live.
By the end of this project, you'll have:
- A branded Instagram post that looks professionally designed, with your Brand Kit colors, fonts, and logo applied in one click.
- One design automatically adapted into Instagram Story, Facebook Post, and LinkedIn Post formats using Magic Resize.
- Platform-specific captions generated by Magic Write and a visual content calendar with posts scheduled and ready to publish from Content Planner.
- Secret Mission: Flip the entire workflow for Mascot Steel and create a B2B industrial campaign post with a completely different brand voice.
Are there any prerequisites?
This project requires an active Canva Pro subscription. You should also have basic familiarity with the Canva interface, such as creating designs and navigating the editor.
Before We Start
Before we dive in, let's lock in what you're about to build and why it matters for your marketing work.
Set Up Your Brand Kits
Every time you create a social media post right now, you start from scratch. You pick colors by eye, hunt for the right fonts, and re-upload logos each time.
That inconsistency is what makes a brand look amateur across platforms. Brand Kit in Canva Pro stores your logos, colors, and fonts in one place so every design starts on-brand automatically. In this step, you'll create two Brand Kits for two very different organizations.
In this step, get ready to:
- Create a Brand Kit for UTS Chai Collective with logos, brand colors, and community-driven fonts.
- Create a Brand Kit for Mascot Steel with a professional, industrial brand identity.
- Test both Brand Kits by switching between them inside the design editor.
Create the UTS Chai Collective Brand Kit
Your first Brand Kit is for UTS Chai Collective, the warm, community-driven student society. You'll load it up with the society's visual identity so every future Chai Soc design starts with the right look.
- On the Canva homepage, click Brand in the left sidebar.
- Open the Brand Kit dropdown and select Create new Brand Kit.
- Enter UTS Chai Collective as the name, then click Create.
Your new Brand Kit page opens with empty sections for logos, colors, and fonts. Time to fill it in.
- In the Logos section, upload the Chai Soc logo. If you have multiple versions (a full logo and an icon), upload both.
- In the Colors section, add the society's brand colors. Pull them from the existing Instagram content at @thechaisoc or from any brand materials you have access to.
Extracting colors from Instagram
Open the Chai Soc Instagram page in a separate browser tab. Take a screenshot of a post with strong brand colors, then upload it to Canva as a reference. You can use Canva's color picker to match exact hex values from the screenshot.
Look for the warm, community-driven tones that Chai Soc uses across their feed. Aim for 3-5 colors that capture the society's visual identity.
You should see your logo and color palette appear in the Brand Kit page. Now add fonts and photos.
- In the Fonts section, select 1-2 fonts that match a warm, welcoming tone. Choose one for headings and one for body text.
- In the Photos section, upload any brand photos or graphics the society uses regularly, such as past event photos or branded graphics.
Your UTS Chai Collective Brand Kit page now shows a logo, color palette, fonts, and photos all loaded and ready.
Don't see your uploaded assets?
Make sure the file format is supported. Canva accepts common image formats for logos and standard font file types. If an upload fails, check that the file is not corrupted and try again.
If your colors did not save, double-check that you entered valid hex codes or selected colors using the color picker.

Create the Mascot Steel Brand Kit
Mascot Steel is a 100% Australian-owned family business that has been operating since 1978. Their brand identity is the opposite of Chai Soc: professional, industrial, and built on decades of trust in the construction industry.
- Return to the Brand Kit page by clicking Brand in the left sidebar.
- Open the Brand Kit dropdown and select Create new Brand Kit.
- Enter Mascot Steel as the name, then click Create.
Your second Brand Kit page opens. Now fill in Mascot Steel's brand assets.
- Open mascotsteel.com.au in a new browser tab. Download or screenshot the Mascot Steel logo from the website.
- Upload the logo to the Logos section of your new Brand Kit.
The Mascot Steel logo should now appear in the Brand Kit page. Next, add colors and fonts.
- In the Colors section, add the blue and yellow/orange tones from the Mascot Steel website. Use Canva's color picker or an eyedropper browser extension to pull the exact hex values from a screenshot of the site.
- In the Fonts section, select fonts that reflect a professional, industrial B2B tone. Choose clean, sturdy typefaces that feel established and trustworthy.
Your Mascot Steel Brand Kit page now shows its logo, blue and yellow/orange color palette, and professional fonts loaded.
Why two Brand Kits?
When you manage two brands simultaneously, the risk of accidentally using the wrong brand's colors or fonts in a post is high. Brand Kit eliminates this by making the switch a one-click action inside the editor.
Canva Pro includes up to 5 Brand Kits, so you have room for both organizations plus a personal brand if you want one later.
Test your Brand Kits in the editor
Your Brand Kits are loaded with assets, but the real test is seeing them in action inside the design editor. You'll open a blank canvas and confirm both kits are ready to apply.
- Return to the Canva homepage by clicking the Canva logo in the top left corner.
- Click Create a design in the top right area.
- Search for or select Instagram Post (1080 x 1080) from the list of design types.
A blank white canvas opens in the Canva editor. This is where you'll build your campaign post in the next step.
- In the editor's left sidebar, click Brand to open the Brand Kit panel.
Before you look at the panel, take a moment to predict: do you expect to see both Brand Kits listed with all their assets ready to go?
- Use the Brand Kit dropdown to switch between UTS Chai Collective and Mascot Steel.
You should see both Brand Kits listed. When you select UTS Chai Collective, warm colors, community fonts, and the Chai Soc logo appear. When you switch to Mascot Steel, the palette shifts to blue and yellow/orange with professional fonts and the Mascot Steel logo.
Missing a Brand Kit in the editor?
If only one Brand Kit appears in the dropdown, return to the Brand page from the homepage sidebar and confirm both kits were saved with names. An unnamed kit can fail to appear in the editor dropdown.
If a Brand Kit appears but its colors or fonts are missing, open that kit from the Brand page and re-add the missing assets. Changes save automatically.
Help me find my Brand Kits in the Canva editor.
Your brand foundation is locked in. Next up, you'll put these Brand Kits to work by designing a real campaign post for Chai Soc.
Design a Campaign Post for Chai Soc
Your brand identity is locked in. Both UTS Chai Collective and Mascot Steel have their own Brand Kits loaded with logos, colors, and fonts, ready to apply to any design.
A Brand Kit only proves its value when you use it in a real design. Right now you have a blank canvas and a library of brand assets. This step gets you from that blank canvas to a polished, on-brand event post for Chai Soc, and you'll see the payoff of having your brand assets one click away.
In this step, get ready to:
- Choose an event promotion template and apply the UTS Chai Collective Brand Kit.
- Customize the design with chai-themed elements and images.
- Preview the post at phone-screen size and adjust for readability.
Choose a template and apply your Brand Kit
A template gives you a professional layout to build on. Instead of arranging text boxes and images from scratch, you start with a design structure that already works.
- In the editor's left sidebar, click Templates.
- In the search bar, type event promotion and press Enter.
- Browse the results and pick a template that fits an upcoming Chai Soc event or gathering.
- Click on the template thumbnail to apply it to your canvas.
Your blank canvas now has a professional layout with placeholder text and images. Time to make it yours.
- In the left sidebar, click the Brand Kit panel.
- Select UTS Chai Collective from your Brand Kits.
- Click Apply to all pages to swap the template's colors and fonts to your Chai Soc brand.
What does Apply to all pages do?
It replaces the template's default colors with your Brand Kit colors and swaps fonts to your brand fonts. The layout stays the same, but the design now looks like it belongs to UTS Chai Collective.
This is the payoff of setting up your Brand Kit in the previous step. One click, and the entire design is on-brand.
The template's placeholder text still says things like "Your Event Name" and "Date & Time." Replace it with your real event details.
- Double-click the main heading text and replace it with your event name.
- Double-click the date or subheading text and enter the event date and time.
- Update the location text with the campus location (e.g., UTS Building 11, Level 5).
- Replace any remaining placeholder text to match your event.
Your template now shows Chai Soc's warm brand colors and fonts. The event name, date, time, and campus location are all filled in.
Brand Kit not showing in the sidebar?
Canva's sidebar icons can shift between updates. If you do not see a Brand Kit icon, try clicking the search icon in the left sidebar and searching for "Brand Kit" directly.
If your Brand Kit appears but shows no colors or fonts, go back to the Brand Kit settings from the Canva homepage and confirm you saved your additions in the previous step.
Help me find the Brand Kit panel in my Canva editor
Customize with elements and images
Your design has the right colors and event details, but it still needs personality. Canva's element library has thousands of graphics you can search to match Chai Soc's warm, cultural theme.
- In the left sidebar, click Elements.
- Search for chai or tea in the search bar.
- Drag a graphic that fits your event's vibe onto the canvas.
- Resize and position the element so it complements the layout without covering any text.
Try different search terms
Searching community, cultural, or gathering surfaces completely different styles of graphics. Experiment with a few terms to find the best fit for your event.
Now add photos to make the post feel authentic and personal.
- In the left sidebar, click Uploads to browse your own photos from past Chai Soc events.
- If you do not have photos available, click Photos in the sidebar and search for premium stock images using terms like chai tea or friends gathering.
- Drag your chosen image onto the design and resize it to fit the image area in the template.
With elements and photos in place, make your final layout adjustments.
- Resize text elements so the event name and date are the largest, most prominent elements on the design.
- Drag the Chai Soc logo to a consistent corner of the design (top-left or bottom-right works well).
- Check that no elements overlap in a way that makes text hard to read.
Your design now has Chai Soc's brand colors, fonts, event details, themed graphics, photos, and the logo in a corner position.
Elements overlapping or looking cluttered?
Right-click an element and use Send backward or Bring forward to control the layering order. If the design feels too busy, remove one or two elements. Fewer, well-placed graphics look more professional than a crowded canvas.
Help me fix overlapping elements in my Canva design
Preview at full size
Designs that look great in the Canva editor can fall apart at the size people actually see them. A phone screen is much smaller than your laptop display, so small text and tight spacing become unreadable.
Before you preview, think about which elements on your design might be hardest to read on a phone screen.
- Use the zoom control in the bottom-right of the editor to zoom to 100% or higher so you see the design at its actual pixel size.
- Look for any text that is too small to read comfortably at arm's length.
- Check for elements that overlap or spacing that feels cramped at this scale.
Preview on your phone
For the most accurate check, open the Canva app on your phone and navigate to the same design. What looks fine on a laptop can reveal spacing and readability issues instantly on a phone screen.
- Increase the font size on any text that felt too small.
- Add spacing between elements that felt cramped, or remove elements that clutter the design.
- Preview again at 100% to confirm your adjustments improved readability.
You have a finished Instagram Post design (1080x1080) in the Canva editor promoting a Chai Soc event. The Brand Kit colors, fonts, and logo are applied consistently. The event details are clearly readable when you preview at full size.
Text still hard to read after adjustments?
Make sure your text color contrasts well against the background. Light text on a light background or dark text on a dark image is a common issue. Try adding a semi-transparent shape behind the text to create a readable backdrop.
If the design still feels cluttered, simplify. Remove one decorative element and give your event name more breathing room. The most effective social media posts are the ones people can read in under two seconds.
Help me improve text readability in my Canva design
Your Chai Soc campaign post is polished and on-brand. Next up, you'll take this single design and adapt it for Instagram Stories, Facebook, and LinkedIn with one click.
Adapt Your Design Across Platforms
Your Chai Soc event post looks professional and on-brand. Now it is time to get that design in front of audiences on every platform, not just Instagram.
Each platform uses different image dimensions. A square 1080x1080 post gets cropped awkwardly as a vertical Instagram Story, and it looks undersized on LinkedIn. Manually recreating the layout for each format means doubling your effort for every single campaign.
In this step, get ready to:
- Experience what happens when you try to manually adapt a square design to other platform dimensions.
- Generate platform-ready versions of your design in one click.
- Fine-tune each version so it looks polished for its target platform.
Experience the problem first-hand
Before you learn the shortcut, you need to feel the pain of doing this manually. You will try to force your square Instagram Post into a vertical Instagram Story format and see what goes wrong.
- Open your Chai Soc Instagram Post design in the editor.
- Create a duplicate so your original stays safe. Click the three-dot menu on the design and select Make a copy.
Your Chai Soc post was carefully arranged at 1080x1080. What do you think will happen to all those elements when you stretch the canvas into a tall, narrow 1080x1920 vertical format?
- In your duplicate design, click Resize in the top toolbar.
- Enter custom dimensions: 1080 for width and 1920 for height.
- Apply the resize to your duplicate.
Take a look at what happened. Elements are overlapping, text may be pushed off the canvas, and your carefully arranged layout is broken.
This is exactly what happens every time you try to repurpose a design by manually changing its dimensions. That broken duplicate is the problem this step solves.
Why did everything break?
When you enter custom dimensions, Canva just stretches the canvas. It does not know how to reposition your elements for the new shape.
Your text, images, and logo were placed relative to a square frame. A tall vertical frame changes every spatial relationship, so everything collapses on top of itself.
Use Magic Resize to adapt your design
Canva Pro includes a feature called Magic Resize. Instead of just stretching the canvas, it intelligently repositions every element to fit the new format's dimensions.
- Switch back to your original Chai Soc Instagram Post design (not the broken duplicate).
- Click Resize in the top toolbar. This button may be labeled Magic Switch depending on your version of Canva.
- In the resize panel, search for and select Instagram Story, Facebook Post, and LinkedIn Post from the format list.
- Click Copy & Resize.
Canva generates a separate copy of your design for each format, opening them in new tabs. Each version has your elements automatically repositioned for that platform's dimensions.
What is Magic Resize?
Magic Resize analyzes where each element sits on your original 1080x1080 canvas and repositions them proportionally for each new format. It is the difference between a stretched, broken layout and a design that looks intentionally built for each platform.
Each resized version is a separate design. Editing one does not affect the original or the other versions.
Can't find the Resize button?
In some versions of Canva, the button is labeled Magic Switch instead of Resize. Look for it in the top toolbar near the design title.
If the option appears grayed out, make sure you are editing a design you own, not a shared template with restricted permissions.
Help me find the Magic Resize or Magic Switch option in Canva Pro.
Clean up the broken duplicate
You can delete the broken duplicate from the previous substep. Return to your Projects page, find the duplicate, and delete it. It has served its purpose.
Fine-tune each resized version
Magic Resize gets you most of the way, but it is not perfect. Each version needs a quick review to make sure everything reads well at that specific platform's dimensions.
- Open the Instagram Story version tab.
- Check that all text, images, and your logo are fully visible within the tall 1080x1920 frame.
- Nudge any elements that overlap or sit too close to the edges. Increase text size if it feels too small for the vertical format.
The Story format has the most dramatic shape change from your original square. You may need to respace elements vertically so nothing feels cramped at the top or bottom.
- Open the Facebook Post version tab.
- Verify that your event details are readable and properly spaced. Adjust any overlapping elements.
Your Facebook version should feel balanced within Facebook's feed dimensions, with the event name and date still prominent.
- Open the LinkedIn Post version tab.
- Check text readability, element spacing, and logo visibility.
- Save all four designs: the original Instagram Post and the three resized versions.
What to look for when fine-tuning
- Is the event name the most prominent text on every version?
- Is the Chai Soc logo visible and not overlapping other elements?
- Is the date and location readable without zooming in?
Before you compare all four designs side by side, think about this: should all four versions look identical to each other, or should they look different? Why?
Click through each tab. Each version carries the same campaign content adapted to its platform's dimensions. The Instagram Story is tall and vertical. The Facebook Post fits a standard feed layout. The LinkedIn Post is sized for LinkedIn's feed. They share the same brand identity but are shaped for where they will appear.
Your visuals are ready for every platform. Next up, you will generate tailored captions for each one using AI-powered writing.
Generate Campaign Copy with Magic Write
Your four campaign designs are polished and platform-ready. Each post still needs a caption that matches its platform's tone and audience.
Writing three unique captions from scratch takes time, especially when each platform expects a different style. In this step, you'll use Magic Write to generate platform-specific drafts you can refine in seconds.
In this step, get ready to:
- Generate a warm, hashtag-rich Instagram caption using Magic Write.
- Adapt the copy for LinkedIn and Facebook with platform-appropriate tones.
- Save all three captions for use when scheduling.
Generate an Instagram caption
Magic Write is Canva's built-in AI writing tool. You give it a prompt describing what you need, and it generates a draft you can refine rather than starting from a blank page.
- Switch to your Chai Soc Instagram Post design in Canva.
- Click into any text box on your design.
- Type / to open the shortcuts menu.
- Select Magic Write from the menu.
Can't find Magic Write?
Canva's interface updates frequently. If typing / doesn't show Magic Write, look for it in the text editing toolbar or search for it in the Apps section of the left sidebar.
Now you need to give Magic Write enough context to generate a useful caption.
- In the Magic Write prompt, describe your Chai Soc event. Include the event name, the date, the vibe you want (warm, welcoming, cultural), and that your audience is UTS students.
- Ask for an Instagram-friendly tone with emojis.
- Submit the prompt and review the generated caption.
Magic Write returns a draft caption within seconds. Read through it and check that the tone feels right for your Chai Soc audience.
- Edit any phrasing that doesn't sound like your voice or doesn't match the society's personality.
- Add 5-10 relevant hashtags at the end of the caption. Think about hashtags that target UTS students, chai and tea lovers, and cultural communities on campus.
Why use AI to write captions?
Magic Write generates a starting draft you can react to and refine. Having something to edit is faster and more educational than writing from a blank page.
The AI output is a first draft, not a finished product. Your edits are what make the caption sound like your brand.
Your Instagram caption should now read as a warm, inviting event announcement with hashtags appended at the bottom.
Adapt the copy for LinkedIn and Facebook
The same event needs a completely different voice on LinkedIn and Facebook. LinkedIn readers expect professional language focused on value. Facebook users engage with casual posts that invite interaction.
- Switch to your Chai Soc LinkedIn Post design.
- Open Magic Write using the same method (type / in a text box or find it in the toolbar).
- Prompt Magic Write to write a LinkedIn version of your event announcement. Ask for a professional tone without emojis, focused on community-building and cultural engagement at UTS.
- Review the output and edit it to match the professional tone you want.
Compare your LinkedIn caption to your Instagram one. The tone should feel noticeably more formal and structured, with no emojis or hashtag strings.
- Switch to your Chai Soc Facebook Post design.
- Open Magic Write again.
- Prompt it for a conversational Facebook version that encourages comments or RSVPs from students.
- Review and edit the output to make sure it feels casual and inviting.
You now have three distinct captions. The final step is saving them somewhere you can access when it's time to schedule.
- Return to the Canva homepage by clicking the Canva logo in the top left.
- Click Create a design and select Doc to open a new Canva Doc. You can also save your captions in a text file on your computer if you prefer.
- Copy all three captions into the document, labeling each one by platform: Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Save the document.
Why save captions separately?
When you schedule posts in Content Planner, you'll paste each caption alongside its matching design. Having all three captions in one document makes that step fast and eliminates the scramble of hunting through text boxes across multiple designs.
Before you verify, ask yourself: how many captions should you have, and what makes each one different from the others?
Open your saved document and read through all three captions. You should have an Instagram caption with hashtags and a warm tone, a professional LinkedIn caption with no emojis, and a conversational Facebook caption that encourages responses. All three promote the same Chai Soc event but in the appropriate voice for each platform.
Captions feel too similar?
If your three captions sound alike, your prompts may not have been specific enough about tone. Go back to Magic Write and re-prompt each one with stronger direction. For LinkedIn, emphasise "professional, no emojis, formal language." For Facebook, emphasise "casual, ask a question, encourage comments."
Having trouble getting the right tone from Magic Write? Help me write better prompts for Magic Write to get distinct platform tones.
Your captions are written and saved. Next up, you'll bring everything together by scheduling your designs and captions across the week in Content Planner.
Schedule Your Campaign in Content Planner
You now have four polished campaign designs and three platform-specific captions ready to go. But posting each one manually at random times means you risk missing peak engagement windows, forgetting a platform, or spacing posts inconsistently.
Canva Pro's Content Planner solves this by letting you schedule everything from a single calendar. In this step, you will connect a social media account, queue your Chai Soc campaign across the week, and see the full content calendar come to life.
In this step, get ready to:
- Connect a social media account to Content Planner.
- Schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with matching designs and captions.
- Review the weekly content calendar with all posts visible.
Connect a social media account
Before you can schedule posts, Content Planner needs access to at least one of your social media accounts. This is a one-time setup per platform.
- On the Canva homepage, click More in the left sidebar.
- Select Content Planner.
- Click Add New, then select Post.
- In the scheduling window, find the channel dropdown.
- Select a channel, choose the platform you want to connect (for example, Instagram), then log in with the account you want to use.
- Follow the authorization prompts to grant Canva permission to post on your behalf.
Once connected, the platform appears as a selectable channel every time you schedule a new post.
What about Instagram?
Instagram requires an Instagram Business account (not a personal or Creator account) that is linked to a Facebook Page. If your Chai Soc Instagram is a personal account, convert it to a Business account from your Instagram settings first.
Instagram scheduling must also be done from a desktop browser. You cannot schedule Instagram posts from the Canva mobile app.
Not ready to connect a real account?
You can still complete this step without connecting a live account. Schedule your posts as drafts by skipping the channel selection. The posts will appear on your calendar and you can connect accounts later when you are ready to publish.
Can't connect your account?
Make sure you are logging in with the account that has admin or editor permissions for the page or profile you want to connect. For Facebook, you can only post to Facebook Pages, not personal timelines.
If your Instagram connection fails, double check that it is a Business account (not Creator) and that it is linked to a Facebook Page.
Help me connect my social media account to Canva's Content Planner.
Schedule your posts across the week
With your account connected, it is time to fill the calendar. You will schedule one post per platform, each on a different day, so your Chai Soc event gets sustained visibility across the week.
- In Content Planner, click on a date in the calendar for your first post.
- Select Post.
- Choose your Chai Soc Instagram Post design from your recent projects.
- Select Instagram as the channel from the dropdown.
- Paste your Instagram caption (the one with hashtags and the warm, welcoming tone) into the caption field.
- Set a publish time, then click Schedule.
Your first post now appears on the calendar as a thumbnail on the date you selected.
Why one platform per scheduled post?
Each design in Canva can only be scheduled to one social media platform at a time. That is why you created separate design versions for each platform in the previous step. Each version gets its own scheduled post.
- Click on a different date in the calendar for your second post.
- Select Post, then choose your Chai Soc Facebook Post design.
- Select Facebook as the channel.
- Paste your Facebook caption (the conversational one encouraging RSVPs).
- Set a publish time and click Schedule.
- Click on a third date for your final post.
- Select Post, then choose your Chai Soc LinkedIn Post design.
- Select LinkedIn as the channel.
- Paste your LinkedIn caption (the professional one focused on community-building).
- Set a publish time and click Schedule.
You should now see three thumbnails spread across three different dates on the calendar.
Post not appearing on the calendar?
Make sure you clicked Schedule after filling in the details. If you closed the window before scheduling, the post was not saved.
Also confirm you selected a design from your recent projects. If the design does not appear in the list, open it in the editor first to make sure it is saved, then return to Content Planner.
My scheduled post is not showing up in Canva's Content Planner calendar.
Review your content calendar
Your campaign is fully loaded. Before you wrap up, take a step back and see the whole picture in one view.
Before you switch views, how many posts do you expect to see on the calendar?
- In Content Planner, switch to the weekly view using the view toggle at the top of the calendar.
- Check that at least three posts are visible: one for Instagram, one for Facebook, and one for LinkedIn.
- Confirm each post shows a thumbnail of the matching Chai Soc campaign design and has a caption attached.
- Look for any gaps or overlaps. If two posts landed on the same day, drag one to a different date to spread coverage across the week.
You should see at least three Chai Soc campaign thumbnails spread across different days of the week, each with the correct platform and caption. This is the calendar view you will use to manage every campaign going forward.
Why does this view matter?
The weekly calendar is your campaign command center. At a glance, you can spot days without content, see which platforms are covered, and catch scheduling conflicts before they go live.
Whether you are running campaigns for Chai Soc, Mascot Steel, or a future client, this is the same view you will check every Monday morning.
Calendar looks empty?
Make sure you are looking at the correct week. If your scheduled dates are in a future week, click the forward arrow to navigate to that week.
If you saved posts as drafts without connecting an account, they should still appear on the calendar. If they do not, try scheduling again from the Add New button.
My Content Planner calendar is not showing my scheduled posts.
