Join Northeastern's Build & Brew Group

Build & Brew is NextWork's Campus Ambassador Program. Throughout the program, students learn AI, grow as leaders, and build a portfolio of hands-on projects.

At Northeastern, Sasha leads a group of 4-8 students who meet weekly to build practical AI projects together.

Group details:

  • When: Mondays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
  • Where: In person at Northeastern University. The exact location is shared after you RSVP.
  • Format: A group of 4-8 students meets weekly throughout the semester.
  • Focus: Prompt engineering, Claude Code, AI agents.
  • Cost: Free.

What is this group learning?

Sasha's group gives Northeastern students a place to explore creative AI projects together. You can join from any major, even if you have never used AI tools before.

Each session focuses on turning an idea into something practical. You learn by experimenting, sharing what you discover, and building alongside a small group.

  • Use prompt engineering to shape useful AI responses.
  • Build projects with Claude Code.
  • Create AI agents that complete practical tasks.
  • For example, you'll use these skills to build an everyday meal-planning agent.
